Quick Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)1 10 oz package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)1 can (6.5 oz) mushrooms 6 large eggs1/2 cup of bread crumbs4 tbsp grated parmesean2 tbsp butter1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)saltpepperpaprica
Directions
Mix bread crumbs and parmesean in separate bowl, set aside.

Mix all other ingredients (minus butter) in separate bowl. Add salt, pepper, paprica to taste.

Pour into baking pan.

Cover w/bread crumb/parmesean mixture

add thin slices of butter accross the top

bake at 350 for 45 min
