Pide Bread

Ingredients

2.4 cups flour1 cup water40 g butter1/2 packet (3.5 g) dry yeast2 tsp sugar1/4 tbsp salt
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt butter and add it. Then add water and knead into sticky a dough.
Let rise to double it's size and knead again until bubble free.
Line a baking tray with paper and flatten the dough out on it. Cut deeply into square shapes and sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven and bake the pide for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the ready bread cool for 20 minutes before serving.
