whole wheat pastacherry tomatoesspinachgarlicoilsalt + pepper to taste
boil pasta and take that off your mind. skewer the cherry tomatoes and pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. remember to rotate them at least once. chop up spinach and lightly fry in a bit of oil and diced garlic for 2 minutes. add heavy amounts of your favourite herb, or let it be simple. when tomatoes are ready, slide them off and onto your pasta dish. stir all indredients together and plate!
