Veggie Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients
Pack of Burrito-sized flour tortillas8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese1 cup of reduced fat/fat free cream cheese (I substituted greek yogurt)2 c. shredded cheddar cheeseCucumber, diced finelyRed Bell Pepper, diced finelygarlic saltS&P
Directions
Combine cheeses and sour cream, and veggies well then spread evenly across tortilla. Roll up and refrigerate for at least one hour. Carefully slice into pieces and serve.
