Salmon & Avocado Burger (Paleo)

Ingredients
1 lb fresh salmon fillets1 egg beaten1/4 cup chopped green onion3 tbsp flax meal (ground flax)2 tbsp dill1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/2 tbsp cilantro1 avocado, chopped finely
Directions
Chop salmon into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Scoop 1/2 cup of mixture into a frying pan. Flatten, flip after a few minutes. Cook until salmon is cooked through.
