Michelle T's Fried Cabbage

Chopped cabbage 5 cups9 tsp, 3 tbs baon grease2 cloves of garlic1/4 cup of soy sauce
Melt bacon grease in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the garlic(minced) and saute a minute or so. Throw in the cabbage and pour the soy sauce over it. Stir to combine and cover. Let it cook for 20 minutes or so stirring occasionally. If you like it more crisp cook it for less time.
