Baked Apples with Instant Oatmeal

Ingredients
5 medium apples (any type), peeled and sliced semi-thin1 packet instant oatmeal2 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute - this will reduce the calorie count)Dash or more cinnamon2-4 TBS water
Directions
If you plan on baking, pre-heat oven to 350. Peel, core and slice the apples. Put in a baking dish, or in a saucepan stove top (if you plan to cook instead of bake). Add packet oatmeal, sugar cinnamon, and water, and stir. If baking the apples, cover with foil and bake for 30 - 40 minutes. If cooking stove top, cook on low for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
