Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams *Barbecue Sauce, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, diced Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 4 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
cook chicken in pan untill brown,
dice up and stir in barbeque sauce and yoghart,
spread mix over pita bread,
sprinkle cheese over,
bake in oven till cheese melted,
