Ground Beef Stir Fry

Ground beef - about 1lb (drain with hot water once cooked)Olive Oil - 3 tbspOnions, raw – 1/2 cup or half Lrg. Onion - dicedGarlic, 3 cloves - finely dicedJalapeno Peppers - 2 dicedZucchini - 2 cups/2 whole - diced Green Bell pepper - 1/2 cup/1 whole - dicedRed Ripe Tomatoes - 3 plum/roma - dicedCilantro, raw, 8 tbspYellow Sweet Corn - 1 can - drainedKnorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tspBlack Pepper - ½ Tsp.
In a large deep frying pan...cook ground beef 10 minutes (med/high)
Drain with a strainer under hot water.
Rinse same pan...reheat pan (med/high)...and add olive oil. Add all diced veggies...except the tomatos, corn and cilantro (wait until the last 5 minutes of cooktime to add these)...once all the veggies are well cooked (10 min)...add the tomatos, corn (drained) cilantro and seasoning! Add the ground beef, thoroughly mixing together while bringing all ingrediants to a nice warm/hot temp.
Serve over brn rice, quinoa, barley =) its good with spinich =)
