Ingredients
potatoesbutterpart-skim mozzerella cheese (shredded)flournonfat evaporated milkcelerytuna lemon juiceslivered almonds
Directions
slice potatoes; arrange in in baking dish overlapping. Pour butter over all. Bake 15 minutes@500 degrees. Toss 1 c cheese w/flour. Heat milk. Add cheese. Stir til melted. Add celery. Remove potatoes. Reduce oven to 325. Layer tuna over potatoes. Sprinklew/lemon juice. Top w/cheese sauce. Top w/remaining cheese & almonds. Return to oven. Bake 10 minutes.
