Ingredients
1 large banana(s), pureed yielding about 1 cup 1 cup(s) uncooked oatmeal, Steel cut 4 cup(s) fat-free plain soy milk 4 Tbsp honey 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts 1/2 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Put the pureed banana, oatmeal and Soy milk into the rice cooker. Add honey, chopped nuts, and spices. Set the rice cooker to the porridge mode and if it has a timer, set the timer for your get up time. Your house will smell great.
