Turkey Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 box long grain and wild rice mix, prepared3 cups cooked, cubed turkey1 cup diced celery1 medium union, diced1 can water chestnuts, chopped2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 can sweet corn15 ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions
Prepare rice as directed on the box.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs in a large bowl. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Top with cracker crumbs.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
