Directions
Shape 4 oz. of ground turkey into two patties. Pile a small mound of mozzarella cheese on top of one, and top with desired amount of roasted red peppers, chopped, on the cheese. Place the second patty on top, pinch the sides together, and season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan fry the patty, and enjoy on a bun or by itself. Mmm...
