Chicken Enchilada Ring

2 c. coarsly chopped cooked chicken4 oz. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend4 oz. chopped green chilies, undrained1/2 c. mayonnaise1 Tbsp. Southwest Seasoning Mix1 plum tomato, chopped and deseeded1 tsp. lime juice2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips2 packages crescent rolls
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix together chicken, cheese, green chilies, mayonnaise, seasoning mix, tomato, and lime juice.
2. Reserve approximately 2 Tbsp. crushed tortilla chips. Add remaining to mixture.
3. Arrange crescent triangles in circle (about 5 inches diameter) with short edges of triangles overlapping on a baking stone or pizza pan. Spoon mixture around the circle. Fold ends of triangles towards center of the circle (filling will not be completely covered).
4. Sprinkle remaining chips on crescent dough.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and salsa
