1/2 c Smart Balance light4 oz cream cheese4 oz lowfat vanilla yogurt1 1/4 c. splenda 2 eggsmashed bananas (2 bananas)1 tsp vanilla extract2 c. all purpose white flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda2 tbsp brown sugar2 teaspoons ground cinamon
1. cream the butter and cream cheese together. Gradually add the white sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add flour, baking powder, and soda: mix until batter is just moist.
2. Place in muffin pan/muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 mins. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
