Pesto Portobello Wrap

Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 3 oz (about 1 mushroom)Olive Oil, 1 tbspPesto Sauce, 1 tbspCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat shredded, 2 tbspMozzarella Cheese, Low Fat shredded, 1 tbspFlour Tortilla, 8 inchSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop the mushrooms into 1 inch chunks. Saute in olive oil, salt and pepper until browned (about 5 minutes). Spread pesto on the tortilla and top with cheese. Remove excess oil from mushrooms with paper towel and put on tortilla. Wrap and place on pan for about a minute on each side until browned.
