Whipped Shortbread

Ingredients
1 lb. butter, salted1/2 cup cornstarch3 cups flour1 cup sifted icing sugar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Cream butter and add icing sugar. Whip well. Add cornstarch and flour slowly, beating to whipping cream consistency. Add vanilla. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Do not roll or press dough down. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
