Brussel Sprouts Stir Fry

Brussels sprouts, fresh, 450 grams (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Finely shred brussel sprouts in a food processor. Mince the onions and garlic saparately.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until soft then add garlic and saute until garlic is soft and starts to brown a bit. Add brussel sprouts, salt, lemon juice and sugar.
Stir fry on high until sprouts are crisp tender. If you like you can add little fish sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce to give it an asian flavor.
Serving Size: 2 1cup servings
