Simple Egg White Omelet

Ingredients
SpinachEgg WhiteButterFrench's Fried Onion (optional - 1tbsp)
Directions
1. Heat butter in a pan
2. Saute spinach in butter until tender
3. Beat egg white slightly
4. Pour eggs into a pan - spread around
5. After eggs started to lift of the pan - spread 1tbsp of french's fried onion into the mixture (if you like)
6. Served by itself or with i piece of whole wheat toast
