10 LB Lean Ground Beef12 Cloves Garlic Minced7 Small Heads Cabbage Chopped30 Cups or 7.5 quarts Water8 Cups uncooked Long Grain Rice3/4 Cups Worcestershire Sauce4 Tbsp Onion Powder4 Tbsp Dried Basil3 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper3 Tbsp Black Pepper1 #10 Can Crushed Tomatoes3 Tbsp SaltServe with Grated Parmesan
Cook beef and Garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cabbage, water, rice, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, basil, cayenne and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in tomatoes and salt; heat through.
