Oriental Chicken Salad

1 sm/med head cabbage, shredded1 pkg Top Ramen Noodles, broken1 pkg Pre-cooked chicken strips 1/2 cup sliced almonds1 Tbls Sesame SeedsI cup Olive Oil6 Tbls Rice Vinegar1 Tbls sugar
Shred the head of cabbage and put in large salad bowl. Break up pieces of ramen noodles into cabbage. Reserve flavor packet. In frying pan, heat chicken till warm, remove and add to salad. Next put in almonds and sesame seeds and toast golden brown. Add to salad.
In hand shaker, put oil, sugar, rice vinegar and flavor packet and shake till mixed through. Pour over salad and mix well.
I like to let it sit for about 15 min to absorb flavoring, but you can eat after mixing. serve with garlic bread if you like.
Makes: about 8 - 10 cup servings.
