SCD Turkey with Leeks

Ingredients
4 slices of bacon (sugar and nitrite free), chopped1 small onion, chopped3 leeks, chopped1/2 a turkey breast, cut into bit sized pieces
Directions
Fry up bacon and onions. Once browned, add in leeks and a few tablespoons of water (if needed) and cover. Let cook for 30 minutes. Add turkey and cook until turkey has heated.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 one cup servings.
