1 can starkist chunk light tuna in watersalt 2 dashpepper 2 dash1/4 cup plain bread crumbs2 oz egg beaters1 tbs oil
Drain tuna add egg beaters, s&p, bread crumbs. Make into 4 patties. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Fry patties approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with a salad.
