Tomato, Mixed Sprouts, and Cucumber Salad

1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped1 1/4 lbs mixed fresh sprouts1 small red onion, diced2 cucumbers, thinly sliced1 T. olive oiljuice of 1 lemon1 t. roasted cumin seeds3 T. chopped mint leaves2 T. chopped cilantro leavessalt and ground pepper
Place the tomatoes in a mixing bowl. Rinse and drain the mixed sprouts and add them to the tomatoes with the red onion and cucumber. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and cumin seeds, and pour over the salad. Stir in the chopped herbs and season well before serving.
