Ham & Cheese Omelet - Low Fat Version

Ingredients
1 large whole egg2 large egg whites2 tbs skim milk1 tbs chopped onion2 tbs green bell pepper1 oz Kirkland ham (diced)1 bon belle cheese (grated)1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
Directions
Sautee onion and bell peppers in non-stick skillet until soft. Beat eggs and skim milk, add rest of ingredients, pour into skillet and cook until done.
