cucumber mint yogurt salad

Ingredients
3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced1/5 tbsp salt1 tbsp fresh mint, minced1 tsp dried oregano8 oz plain lowfat yogurtblack pepper
Directions
peel, seed and dice cuccumbers. sprinkle with salt and let stand 15 minutes. then rinse, drain and dry.

combine mint garlic and oregano in large bowl. stir in yogurt. add cucumber and toss to coat. season with pepper. chill and serve.
