Blackened Fish Tacos w/quick pickled onions

Ingredients
Tilapia- 2 filetsSeafood Magic Seasoning- 2TOnionsRed Wine Vinegar .25CabbageTortillas (6)fat free yogurt .25csalsa-1TSplenda- 1tsaltblack pepper
Directions
coat tilapia with seafood magic seasoning. Spray grill pan with oil and heat. Cook fish on grill pan until done.

Thinly slice onions and place in a bowl with vinegar, splenda, salt and pepper. Set aside until ready to assemble.

Shred cabbage.

Mix yogurt with salsa.

Combine everything into a tortilla and enjoy.
