Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:2 eggs2 over ripe mashed bananas1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg Dry Ingredients:2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour2 pkt Stevia powder1 tsp baking soda pinch of Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350�. Mix dry in one bowl & wet in another and then gradually fold the dry into the wet. Bake in a greased 9x5 bread pan for about an hour or into 4 mini loaf pans & bake for about 45 min.
