Sweet Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
3 cups 7 grain pilaf (or similar)1.5 cups 1% milk1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup chopped dried fruits2 tbsp honey
Directions
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
2. Bring milk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey and a pinch of salt to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the rice and 3/4 cup dried fruit. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly until 2/3 of the milk is absorbed.
4. Top with remaining fruit, almonds and honey
