Ingredients
zucchini squashonionpeppers: yellow, red, or orangecarrotsolive oilparm. cheese salt and pepper
Directions
Put olive oil in pan. Add chopped up veggies. Cook until veggies become tender. Add Parmesan Cheese at end over top along with salt and pepper to taste.
