Italian Tomatoe sauce w/beef (dd)

Ingredients
3 TBSP olive oil1 or 2 onions, sliced thin1 clove garlic, split1/2 to 1 pound beef, ground1 can tomato paste1 large can tomatoes (2 1/2 cups) - crushed1 TBSP sugarsalt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, and basil to taste.
Directions
Cook olive oil, onions, and garlic until golden.
Add ground beef and stir 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. (add water as needed).
