Ingredients
2.5 lbs. venison, lean ground beef, or ground turkey3/4 cup ketchup, divided10 saltine crackers, crushed1 egg1/4 cup onion, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine meat, crushed saltine crackers, egg, onion, and 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well with hands. Put into greased loaf pan or 8x8 baking dish. Top with remaining ketchup.

Bake for one hour or until middle is no longer pink.
