Ingredients
1 Pomegranate1 Japanese Persimmon1 Royal Gala Applejuice from a fresh lemonA couple of sprigs of mint finely chopped
Directions
Remove the pomegranate seeds from the fruit (Look for instructions on youtube). Cut up the apple and the persimmon. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
