Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients
Coat beef tips with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Cook in 3 tbsp oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Cook all veggies in remaining 2 TBSP oil until tender. Add beef. Add soy sauce and 2/3 cup of water. Warm until thick. Serve califlower fried rice as a side.
