Ingredients
2 TBS Oat bran2 TBS Chobani Greek Non-Fat Vanilla yogurt1 tsp sugar (preferably no-cal)1 egg white
Directions
Froth egg in small bowl. In separate bowl mix together yogurt, oat bran, sugar and egg white. You may add lemon or vanilla extract for additional flavor. Add egg to mix. Cook on each side approximately 5 minutes until golden brown.
