1 15 oz kidney beans can (drained)3 tablespoons oil˝ medium onion (sliced)1 Roma tomato (chopped)˝ teaspoon salt˝ teaspoon red chili powder˝ teaspoon coriander powder1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder˝ teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Heat oil & fry onions till they turn golden brown. Then add tomato, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Mix well, cover & cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes or till the tomatoes get tender & oil separates.
Now add kidney beans, mix well, cover & cook on medium low heat for another 30 minutes or till the kidney beans get cooked and oil separates.
Serve warm with roti/chapati/naan.
