Simple Tuna Fish Sandwich

¼ cup 0% fat greek plain yogurt1 tsp Dijon Mustard1 tbsp Old Style whole grain mustard¼ tsp black pepper1 celery rib, finely chopped1 green onion, finely chopped1 pinch cayenne pepper1 tsp lemon juice1 can chunk light tuna fish, in watera handful of leafy greens
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients except tuna in a small mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Stir in drained tuna and mix well.
2. Spread mixture onto one slice of bread. Garnish with leafy greens and top with second slice of bread.
3. Serve immediately
