4 c. peeled, cubed Baking potatoes1 garlic clove, halved3/4 c. low fat milk2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese1 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
boil potatoes with garlic. Drain. Return potatoes to pan. Add milk, and remaining ingredients and mash.
Serving is 1 cup.
