Campfire Ranch Stew

Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped potato1 15 oz can ranch style beans1 14.5 oz can diced tomatos (whichever type you like)1/2 cup of pace picante...you pick your spice level
Directions
Brown the ground been in a dutch oven . Drain any grease when fully cooked. Add onions, potatos, ranch style beans, and canned tomatos. Fill the ranch style bean can with water and add this too. Simmer for 30 minute or until the potatos are soft enough to eat. Add the salsa at the end. Make 6 1.5 cup bowls... Enjoy.
