linguine with sausage & spinach

Ingredients
9 oz of linguine2 tea. olive oil1 19.5 oz package of hot italian turkey sausage casing removed2 Tab. of pine nuts1 9oz bag of baby spinach
Directions
Cook linguine according to package. Drain reserving 1/2c of water.

Meanwhile heat oil in skillet. Add sausage and cook, breaking up with spoon until browned, about 5 min. Transfer to plate.

Add pine nuts & garlic stiring frequently until the nuts are lightly browned, about 2 min. Add to sausage. Add spinach to skillet & cook stirring just until wilted, about 3 min.

Return the sausage & pine nuts to the skillet; cook stirring unit heated throught, about 2 min. Add pasta & reserved cooking water, cook stirring until heated through, about 1 min.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 1/2c
