hot curry paste 8 tablespoons18 ounces of chicken breast1 medium onion 4 tablespoons of veg oil.50 tablespoon of tomato paste
cut up the onions then brown them in the oil. cut the chicken then add it to the onion for about 3-4 minutes then add paste then add 1.5 cups of water. Let is simmer for about 15mins on low or until the chicken is done. Serve is basmati rice and naan bread.
