Eazy Vegan Lentil Burger

Ingredients
2 cups Onions2 cups lentils, cooked4 cloves garlic 1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper, black1 tsp cumin, seed (I use ground cumin)1/4 tsp cayene pepper (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1) Cook lentils
1) Slice onion and garlic
2) Saute in pan with water
3) When onions are soft and starting to release their scent, add spices and mix well
4) Rinse lentils, then add to onion mixture. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
5) Place entire mixture into food processor (do this in batches if your food processor is small)
6) Mix in food processor until a ball forms
7) Let mixture cool a little and then with wet hands form into patties
8) Lay patties on a lightly oiled or greased baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Then flip burgers and bake another 10 minutes.
