1 pkg jiffy blueberry muffin mix1/4 cup nonfat milk1 egg2 tbsp canola oil
Directions
preheat oven to 350. spray 8" square pan with pam. stir ingredients well. spread into pan - you may top with chopped nuts, cinnamon, or other topping. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Yields 9 servings.
