Paleo Lemon Tilapia

Ingredients
2 # Tilapia (5 large Filets)2 t Ghee2 t lemon juiceTopping:8 T paleo mayo2 T lemon juicefresh parsley
Directions
Rinse and drain Tilapia. Top with ghee and lemon juice. Broil 4" from heat for 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily. Top each filet with up 1-2 T topping and broil 2-3 minutes until sauce puffs and turns golden brown. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
