Spicy Black Bean Patty

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and mashed1 large egg. beaten1 cup onion, chopped4 oz can green chiles2 Tbsp nutritional yeast1/3 cup wheat germ2/3 cup plain bread crumbs1 tsp onion powder1 tsp chipotle powder1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin .5 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Form patties like you would regular hamburger. Grill on foil over medium heat, or cook over med-low heat in lightly oiled pan, 10 minutes on each side.
