White Bean Vegetable Elbow Macaroni Soup

Ingredients
*Beans | SW Premium | White Beans, 127 gram(s) *Organics Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup*Frozen Mixed Veggies, 4 serving *Elbow Macaroni, Heartland Perfect Balance, Whole Grain (1/2 cup dry or 1 cup cooked), 5 servingMrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp*O Organics Organic Diced Tomatoes in Tomato juice (No Salt Added), 126 gram(s)*Sage, ground, 1 tspBay leaves, 1 or 2 (optional)
Directions
1. Assemble ingredients.
2. Add broth first, maybe water if you like less sodium. The stove should be set to high.
3. Add tomatoes, Mrs. Dash, and sage along with bay leaves (optional).
3. Allow liquid to come to a medium boil.
4. Add desired amount of whole wheat elbow pasta (other whole wheat (small) pasta may be used if desired).
5. Rinse white beans under cold water to remove some of the excess sodium, or if you like, use low sodium variety.
6. Add beans and vegetables to the soup.
7. Stir soup and check to make sure pasta is at desired firmness.
8. Allow soup to cool. Add to bowls or save to eat throughout the week.
