Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 raw onion1 tbsp Cheese per Chicken BreastCouple dashes red wine vinegarOlive Oil to spray the chicken
Directions
After grill is preheated and onion is cut, spray chicken with olive oil, and add any seasonings desired. Place chicken on grill with onion slices between pieces of chicken. Then I sprinkled the red wine vinegar on the onions. Cook chicken until totally done. Top with cheese and serve.
