Ingredients
cooked chicken breast, fat free mayo, cucumber, red onion, curry powder
Directions
Combine cooked chicken, red onion, 1/4 cup diced cucumber, mayo and curry powder. Slice remaining cucumber into 1/4" slices and serve chicken salad on cucumber slices. Enjoy!
