Linda's Salmon Patty

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 5 oz can Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 cup groundEgg, fresh, 1 large Onions, raw, 1 small small dicedGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
empty can salmon into a bowl and add diced onions, mustard, one egg wisked, mix together. Grind about 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats in and add to mixture until able to form pattys. form 2" pattys and heat non skillet and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. brown patties and cover for about 5 mins. remove lid and turn and finsingh browning other side.
