Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
2 - 8oz packages Neufchatel Cheese2 - large eggs1- tablespoon pumpkin pie spice1- teaspoon Vanilla Extract24 drops EZ-Sweets (or sweetener equivalent to 1/2cup)
Directions
Soften cream cheese, either by microwave for 20 seconds or leave it sitting out for a while.

Heat oven to 350F

Once cream cheese is softened mix everything together with a hand held beater.

Place muffin cups into your muffin pan and fill the liners 1/2way with the mixture. It is rather thick so make sure to smoosh it down so you can get them around the same size.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Cool and dig in!
